Tegu

At Tegu, they value play as a means for uninhibited discovery, joy, and amusement when kids are liberated from the limits of regulations, predetermined stories, and presumptions. Taking breaks from monitors and routines to enable space for independent exploration and the joy that comes with it is critically crucial. Leveraging Tegu magnetic blocks in play promotes a child's growth with numerous educational and developmental advantages.
Chris and Will Haughey founded Tegu with the goal of creating a company in Honduras that could create a positive social impact through its business. To make a strong statement, they founded a completely independent toy manufacturing factory near Tegucigalpa, affirming their commitment to the country.

THE PERFECT BLOCK One thing most people don't realize is that all Tegu blocks are designed to work together. This was a unique challenge that was solved by crafting each block around a core cubic module. (By the way, the cube was the first piece we made!) These magnetic blocks easily connect and disconnect, allowing for maximum creativity and open-ended play. With the Dare Devil Magnetic Blocks, you get a unique building experience that encourages growth and exploration.

Sustainably Sourced Wood The primary wood used in Honduras is Huesito, a hardwood abundant in forests there. Its harvesting is strictly monitored to maintain an adequate supply for future generations. Limited production also involves Mahogany, a species listed on the CITES Appendix II, necessitating strict guidelines to prevent its potential endangerment.
In the event you no longer require your Tegu product, please reach out to Tegu at service@tegu.com so that they can arrange for the product to be recycled and pay the shipping expenses. Help us fight landfill waste and keep your toys out of the environment.
