Shipping and Return Policies

We are proud of the items we carry at Bootyland Kids and stand by them. Here are our store policies:

SHIPPING: Most orders will ship within 3 days. If there is any delay we will contact you within that time period. We have a few Special Order products that will take up to 3 weeks to ship.

  • We accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects.
  • We are happy to exchange clothing items for a different size.
  • Any item may be exchanged for another of equal value, or for store credit toward a future purchase.
  • Exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging within 30 days.
  • We do not offer refunds, but are happy to issue store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. All sale item purchases are final.
  • Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


  • Please bring the items with you unworn and with original tags to the shop!

  • We'll need to know:
  • 1. The item(s) you are returning
  • 2. The item(s) you would like in exchange, including size(s)
  • 3. Your current shipping address
  • 4. Your daytime phone number
  • Via UPS, we will e-mail you instructions to print a return label and return the package.
  • Note: Returned items must be received within 3 weeks of delivery date.
  • When we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will ship your exchange at no extra charge to you.
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of our receipt of the customer's returned package.


  • In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, we will issue you a credit for the difference in the form of a coupon code.
  • In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, please include a daytime phone number and you e-mail. We will need to contact you to securely obtain your credit card number. (We accept Visa or Mastercard.) We will hold items for you for 3 days while we attempt to contact you for this info.


  • We are always happy to special order items from our vendors for you when it is possible.
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order items.
  • Note: Special orders cannot be discounted and may include an extra shipping charge.
