Community Support for Earth Month 2025

Earth month is in full swing! This year we want to honor this planet and land we all share by contributing to our community.

For the next month we’re taking donations for the Wellspring Family Store and offering a 10% discount to anyone who will drop off items to donate

So many items, especially from the clothing industry, end up in landfills every year. Part of our sustainability goal is encouraging a cyclical journey for the clothes that are selected with so much care and love by our staff. This can manifest in many ways: from hand-me-downs, to clothing swaps, to the vital role thrift stores play in creating a circular economy. We believe supporting people in need in our own community is key to sustainably living: we all share this planet, and can care for it so much better if we support each other.

This is why this year we are choosing to contribute to a re-use mindset by setting up a donation bin for the Wellspring Family Store. They provide essential items in good conditions for families in need, to keep children healthy, safe, and confidently prepared for school. Please read our list of requirements below and make sure the items donated are suitable for ages 0-17.

Please Note: Final decisions on donations are made by Bootyland Kids staff. If the staff person present at time of drop-off decides that a donation does not meet requirements, they can refuse it and not reward the discount at their discretion. Please make sure donations meet the requirements below.
