This product is used to tighten tissues, reduce pain and discomfort, and restore balance in the pelvic area post birth. This remedy can also be used when healing from anal fissures or hemorrhoids. It contains Witch Hazel Bark and Leaf, Calendula, Yarrow, Mugwort, Chamomile, and Rosemary. To make cover herbs with boiling hot water, covered by a lid for 10 minutes, strain herbs well and then place perineum in the tea for 10-15 minutes. This can be repeated up to three times per day.
